Description |
An Elevator Pitch is a short summary used to quickly and simply define a product, service, or organization and its value. In this activity cut a full sales pitch down to only a few seconds (the ride of an elevator), and still include all vital information. Present your elevator pitch in-front of friends or family. Elevator Pitch Sentence Structure: For___(target customer)___ who has ____(customer need)___,___(product name)____ is a ___(Market Category)____ that___(one key benefit)___ unlike __ (competition)__ ___(Unique Differentiator)___. Example: For the girl who has damaged hair, Hair Bright is a nutritional supplement that has proven to improve hair strength and shine unlike Pantene Pro V which only treats damaged hair topically and not internally. Wrap up activity: Watch an episode of Dragons Den or Shark Tank and work together as a family or with a group of friends to quickly create elevator pitches about the products presented on the show.
