ObjectiveTo encourage children to engage in dramatic play and develop their public speaking skills.
Description Radio

Write and produce a pretend radio show.

Steps:

1. Develop a theme and name for your radio station. Have as much fun as possible with the name and theme - be goofy and creative - it will make it more fun.

2. Write a script and practice it a couple of times. Develop and write a news report, weather report, song lyrics, public interest stories and so on.

3. Download an audio editing program and attach a microphone to your computer or set up a tape recorder and record your show.

4. Gather your friends and family and listen to your production.
