Work For Pay Chores

ObjectiveTo teach children to earn money.
Description Kid with Money

Parents can implement a plan to have their children earn money by doing chores/work around the house. Such examples of chores/work are: washing dishes, folding laundry, setting the table, etc. Depending on their age, chose appropriate chores and amount of money earned. You may want to set amounts of money for specific chores, for example cleaning their room is $2 and so on.

    Once a child hits a certain age, I think it's a good idea to pay them for the work that they help around the house with. They're getting money for something they're doing, instead of just for 'free', and makes them more eager to work.
